【摘要】 目的　比较单纯RF固定与RF固定加圆柱形含骨水泥髂骨块椎间融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法　将 1996年 2月～ 2 0 0 0年 4月 42例腰椎滑脱患者随机分为二组 ,分别采用单纯RF固定和RF固定加圆柱形含骨水泥髂骨块椎间植骨治疗 ,观察项目包括 :复位程度、临床症状体征改善情况、椎间融合情况。结果　治疗组质量和疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　对有手术指征的腰椎滑脱患者 ,应放弃单纯RF复位固定 ;对经济条件不允许者 ,应放弃TFC、BAK ,可选用RF固定加圆柱形含骨水泥髂骨块椎间植骨融合 ,使脊柱达到永久性稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effect between RF fixation and its combination with cylinder bone cement ilia in intervertebra for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods Forty two patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis admitted from February,1996 to April 2000,were divided at random into two groups and treated by RF fixation and its combination with cylinder bone cement ilia in intervertebral bone grafting.Observation items include reduction extent,clinical physical sign improvement ,in tervertebral fusion.Results Quality and therapeutic effect in the experimental group were obviously superior to those in control group (P<0 05).Conclusion RF reduction and fixation should be given up in these patients having indication operative;TFC and BAK should be abandoned in those who are economically poor and RF fixation combined with cylinder bone cement ilia in intervertebral bone grafting could be adopted to ensure spine permanent stability.更多还原
