丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物溶液导热系数的测定与研究
MEASUREMENT AND STUDY ON THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF S-B COPOLYMERS SOLUTION
【摘要】 采用热针法测定了嵌段共聚物 SBS14 0 1,SBS4 40 2及无规共聚物 SBR环己烷溶液的导热系数 (λ)。测量温度范围从 15℃到 4 0℃ ,浓度范围从 0 .0 0 38g/m L到 0 .10 75 g/m L。并研究了温度、浓度、密度、分子结构及自然对流等因素对导热系数的影响。指出高分子溶液的有序度是影响其导热系数的关键因素
【Abstract】 The thermal conductivity ( λ ) of block copolymer SBS1401?SBS4402 and random copolymer SBR cyclohexane solution were measured with tiny heat probe method at the concentration changing from 0.003 g/mL to 0.1075 g/mL, and the temperature changing from 15 ℃to 40 ℃. The relationship between λ and concentration ,temperature, molecular structure, et al. were studied. The results show that the degree of order is the most important factor affecting the thermal conductivity in polymer solution.
