【摘要】 对 PET/ PEN共混体系中共混条件对体系特性粘度的影响作了研究 ,结果表明 ,扩链剂的添加 ,混合温度和时间对 [η]有明显影响 ,1H- NMR对共混物无规度的表征表明 ,体系首先形成嵌段共聚物 ,随酯交换的进行逐渐向无规共聚物过渡。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of blending conditions including the amount of chain extender, composition, time and temperature on the intrinsic viscosity of PET/PEN reactive blends was studied in detail. The results showed that the addition of chain extender can significant enhance the intrinsic viscosity for the PET/PEN(75/25) blend mixed at 275 ℃ within first 10 mins. However, with further prolonged the blending time, the intrinsic viscosity of the blend tends to gradually decrease especially at higher temperatures, which is associated with the degradation of polymer chains at higher temperatures and to some extent due to the change in the sequence structure. The results based 1H NMR data indicated that the randomness ( RD ) of the reactive blends are also significant effect by the blending conditions.
