聚苯胺复合电极的制备及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以化学法合成导电聚苯胺 ,研究了氧化剂和掺杂剂以及反应温度和时间对聚苯胺的产率和电导率的影响。在确定的配方和工艺条件下 ,聚苯胺的合成产率为 94 %、电导率为 5 .6 S/ cm。将合成得到的聚苯胺掺杂导电粉体制备成高分子复合电极材料 ,在恒电流条件下进行充放电性能测试。结果表明 ,开路电位和放电电位较高 ,在以 4 m A/ cm2恒电流放电 ,终止电位为 1.2 V时 ,放电时间可持续 16 .5 h,放电容量大

【Abstract】 Polyaniline was prepared by chemical method and the effect of oxidizing agent, doping agent, reacting temperature and time on the electrical conductivity and the rate of productivity of PAn was investigated. Under the chosed working condition, the electrical conductivity of the polyaniline prepared is 5.6 S/cm and the rate of productivity of this PAn is 94%. A kind of complex polymerical electrode material was prepared by mixing PAn with electric powder, whose capability of charge and discharge was tested under fixed electrical current. The result indicates: the voltage of charge and discharge is high, and when the discharge current is 4 mA/cm 2 and terminative voltage is 1.2 V, the discharge time can last 16.5 h and discharge capacity is large.
