聚合物复合材料导热性能的研究

【摘要】 论述了填充聚合物复合材料的导热性及其变化规律 ;总结了复合材料导热的理论模型和导热系数预测方程 ,对比研究了各种导热模型的区别与联系 ;分析了影响复合材料导热特性的因素。

【Abstract】 The thermal conductivity and its change laws of filled polymer composites materials were discussed in this paper. Model treatments and predicted equations of the heat conductivity of heterogeneous polymer materials were reviewed by investigating and comparing with each other, including heat conductive mechanism of solid materials, predicted models of polymer composites such as Maxwell Eucken, Bruggeman, Cheng Vochen, Nielsen,Y.Agari, D.M. Bigg etc equations, and step by step averaging approach of V. P. Privalko and V.V. Novikov. The equation of Y.Agari has advantage in practicality, and step by step averaging model has higher scientific significance .The effecting factors on thermal conductivity of the composites were analyzed, including compositions, microstructure of polymer composites, dispersion of conductive component in matrix, and conducting macroscopical conditions.
