γ射线辐照HDPE/微晶白云母填充体系力学性能的研究
A STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF γ-RAY IRRADIATION HDPE/MUSCOVITE
【摘要】 采用γ射线辐照在 HDPE分子链上引入含氧极性基团 ,增加了 HDPE与微晶白云母的界面相容性 ,研究了界面增容剂对γ- HDPE/微晶白云母体系力学性能的影响 ,通过 SEM对该体系的形态结构进行了研究 ,探讨了界面增容剂的作用 ;研究了粒径对 γ- HDPE/微晶白云母填充体系力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,通过 γ射线辐照增容 ,该体系的强度和韧性明显提高。粒径 5 0 0 0 mesh,在体系中含量为 4 0 %(质量 )的微晶白云母可使该体系的屈服强度和缺口冲击强度从 HDPE的 2 4 .2 MPa和 2 10 J/ m分别提高到 32 .8MPa和 388J/ m。
【Abstract】 Some oxygen containing groups were introduced onto the molecular chain of HDPE through γ ray irradiation for the purpose of improving the affinity between HDPE and muscovite. The effects of the size of particle and compatibilizer on mechanical properties of the blend were studied. The experimental results show that in case a bifunctional -NH 2 containing group compatibilizer is used, both stiffness and toughness of the blend are improved. The yield and notched impact strength of γ HDPE/muscovite (60/40, 5000 mesh) are increased to 32.8 MPa and 388 J/m from 24.2 MPa and 210 J/m respectively.
