【Abstract】 In this paper, the author uses a revised MF model to compare the effect of positively fiscal and monetary policy in China, which comes to the conclusion that the effect of positively fiscal policy is better than that of positively monetary policy under the current exchange-rate system of China. Thereby, the author suggests that our economic policy should take fiscal policy as the main means and stick to carry out positively fiscal policy, but not to use expansively monetary policy frequently.更多还原
