愈创木基丙三醇-β-愈创木基醚的合成新方法及结构分析
A New Method of Synthesis of Guaiacylglycerol-β-Guaiacyl Ether and Its Structural Analysis
【摘要】 本文深入研究了一种典型的 β O 4型木素模型化合物———愈创木基丙三醇 β 愈创木基醚的合成新路线 ,并利用红外光谱、核磁共振谱 (1H NMR)和元素分析等手段对其化学结构进行了分析。研究结果表明 :利用溴化铜对4-乙酰基愈创木酚进行溴化很容易得到 4- (α -溴化乙酰基 ) -愈创木酚中间体 ,并通过利用过量愈创木酚和 4- (α -溴化乙酰基 ) -愈创木酚的反应 ,结合羟甲基化可以得到 β -O - 4型木素模型化合物———愈创木基丙三醇- β -愈创木基醚。
【Abstract】 β-O-4 type lignin model compounds,i.e.guaiacylglycerol-β-guaiacyl ether was synthesized with a modified method.The combination of infrared spectra analysis and 1 H-NMR was used to identify the chemical structure of the product and related precursors.The results showed that 4-(α-bromoacety1)-guaiacol could be obtained from acetovanillone by bromination with copper(Ⅱ) bromide with high yield.Guaiacylglycerol-β-guaiacyl ether type model compounds could be synthesized by the reaction of excessive guaiacol with 4-(α-bromoacetyl)-guaiacol followed by hydroxymethylation and reduction reactions.
