两性聚丙烯酰胺在废纸浆中的应用试验
Application of Amphoteric Polyacryamide on Waste Paper Pulp
【摘要】 进行了两性聚丙烯酰胺对废纸浆成纸强度的影响试验 ,结果表明 :PAM对废纸浆有较好的增强作用。废纸浆的种类、浆料的 pH值及PAM添加量是影响PAM增强效果的主要因素。PAM用量为吨纸添加 3- 5kg时有较为理想的增强效果
【Abstract】 The influence of amphoteric polyacryamide on the physical properties of waste paper pulp was studied.The experiment results showed that amphoteric polyacryamide had good effect on enhancing the strength of waste paper pulp.The sorts of waste paper pulp,the pH and the dosage of amphoteric polyacryamide were key factors affecting the strengthening result.The studies showed that the appropriate dosage of amphoteric polyacryamide was 3-5kg per ton waste paper pulp when the best strengthening result was obtained.
