【摘要】 废纸箱再生浆含较多的灰分和微细纤维 ,其总电荷大于麦草化学浆 ,但表面电荷小于后者。原淀粉与聚乙烯基胺 (PVAm)的混合糊液对再生浆具有显著的纸力增强、助滤和助留效果。PVAm - 3对绝干再生浆添加 4%时 ,纸页的抗张强度增加值达到最大 ,为 5 4.9%。PVAm - 1和PVAm - 3在添加量为 3 %时呈现最大助滤效果。混合糊液的添加能显著增加纸页重量。混合糊液的作用效果不仅与其用量相关 ,而且与原淀粉 /PVAm的比例密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 The recycled pulp from waste corrugated paperboard box contained a certain amount of ash and fine,its total charges were larger than these of wheat chemical pulp,but the surface charges of the pulp were less than these of the latter.The mixtures of the starch and polyvinylamine(PVAm) showed significant effects on the improvement of paper strength,draining and retention of the pulp.The maximum increase(54.9%) in paper tensile strength was seen at the addition of PVAm-3(4%).PVAm-1 and PVAm-3 exhibited the best draining effect at the dosage of 3%.The mixture of the starch and PVAm could increase greatly the weights of the papers.The effects of the mixture were related not only to dosages of the mixture,but also to ratio of the starch and PVAm.更多还原
