全固态调Q紫外光Nd:YAG激光器的研究
Study of All Solid-state Q-switching Ultraviolet Light Nd:YAG Lasers
【摘要】 从理论上分析了偏硼酸钡 (BBO)晶体三倍频相位匹配角、有效非线性系数、光束走离角等与光波长参数之间的关系。利用激光二极管 (L D)泵浦的调 Q Nd:YAG激光器和 BBO 类相位匹配进行了三倍频的实验研究。获得了 1.5 m J/ pulse的 35 5 nm紫外光输出
【Abstract】 Relations between light wavelength and phase match angle,efficient nonlinear factor,walk off angle are theoretically analyzed using coupling wave equations for third harmonic wave generation(THG) in BBO crystal.THG experiment is done using all solid state Q switching solid state laser and phase match of type Ⅰ for BBO crystal.Ultraviolet light pulse energy of 1.5 mJ/pulse at 355 nm is achieved.
