用柱透镜制备二维自由空间交叉光互连全息器件
A Method to Fabricate Holographic Elements of 2D Free-space Optical Crossover Interconnections with Cylinder Lenses
【摘要】 用红敏光致聚合物作为全息干版、波长为 6 30 nm He- Ne光源曝光、焦距为 4cm的 2个柱透镜及按不同互连功能分区域曝光的方法制备了二维 n×n信道自由空间交叉全息光互连器件。这种方法比逐个互连点曝光的方法曝光次数要少得多 ,当互连点增多时更显其优越性 ,因为它的曝光次数与交叉光互连信道的多少无关。
【Abstract】 According to different interconnection function to assign different exposed area,2D n×n elements free-space optical crossover interconnections in red sensitive photopolymer holographic plate were fabricated with He-Ne laser of 630 nm wavelength through tow lenses.The exposure times with this method is more less than the way to expose one by one for interconnection elements.The first stage n×n elements interconnections only need two exposure times.The more interconnection points,the more advantages,because exposure times are independent of that how many interconnection points are.
