CdTe内任意耦合磁极化子频率和能量研究

【摘要】 应用么正变换、线性组合算符和微扰法 ,当考虑电子在反冲效应中发射和吸收不同波矢声子之间的相互作用和极性晶体内电子与体纵光学 (L O)声子之间的耦合参量取多种数值的情况下 ,研究 Cd Te内磁极化子的振动频率 λ0 和基态能量 E0 与磁场 B之间的关系。数值计算结果表明 :对不同的耦合强度值 ,虽然磁极化子的振动频率和基态能量分别随磁场的增加而增加和减少 ,但变化率不同 ,并且磁场和耦合强度所确定的定解范围也不同

【Abstract】 The relationship between the vibrational frequency λ 0 and the ground state energy E 0 of a magnetopolaron in the CdTe semiconductor and magnetic field B are studied by means of the unitary transformation and the linear combination operator and the perturbation method when the interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in a recoil process is considered and the parameter of coupling between a electron and a bulk LO phonon in a polar crystal is different numerical value.Numerical calculations show that the vibrational frequency and the ground state energy of the magnetopolaron increases and decreases with increasing magnetic field respectively but the rate of changes is not alike and the range determined by field magnetic and coupling strength is not alike for different coupling strength.
