1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢激光快速熔凝处理与表面合金化
Laser Rapid Remelting Heat Treatment and Surface Alloying of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Austenitic Stainless Steel
【摘要】 为提高奥氏体不锈钢在介质中耐晶间腐蚀能力 ,利用激光快速熔凝处理和用 Nb激光表面合金化等手段改变了 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的组织结构 ,使其耐腐蚀的能力明显增强。在用 Nb激光表面合金化的部分样品中 ,还发现了无序结构
【Abstract】 For austenitic stainless have an ability of resitance to intergranalar corrosion.Laser surface remelting can effectively eliminate the precipitation phases and remarkably refine the microstructures,which leads to considerable improvement for the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.Disordered state was also observed in a part of the laser surface alloying 1Cr18Ni9Ti surface wiht Nb.
