【摘要】 目的 :研究磨牙侧副根管及其根尖孔的解剖学位置。方法 :先采用放大镜观察根尖然后用透明标本法对 92 0颗磨牙进行研究。结果 :(1)分离根的上颌磨牙近中颊根侧支根管的平均出现率为 39.4% ,下颌磨牙近中根侧支根管平均出现率 36 .7% ,磨牙的近中颊根及近中根均出现较多的侧支根管及管间侧支。(2 )约 2 / 3的根尖孔位置不在根尖。(3)第 2磨牙融合根有较多的侧支根管及管间侧支 ,其出现率上颌为 71.8%及 5 2 .8% ,下颌为 6 5 .9%及 5 1.2 %。结论 :磨牙的侧副根管多 ,根尖孔大 ,多不在根尖更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the molar’s collateral canal and its position of apical foramen. Methods:Nine hundred and twenty molars were studied by means of a magnifying glass and transparent specimen method.Results:The frequencies of lateral canals were 39.4% and 36.7% in the mesiobuccal root (MBR) of maxillary molar’s and in the mesial root(MR)of mandibular molar’s separate roots,respectively.Almost 2/3 of apical foramens did not locate at their apices. There were 71.8% of lateral canals and 52.8% of transverse anastomoses in the maxillary second molar’s fused root,and 65.9% of lateral canals and 51.2% of transverse anastomoses in the mandibular second molar’s.Conclusion:MBR and MR of the molar have many collateral canals,most of apical foramens of molar do not locate at their apices.There exist a lot of lateral canals and transverse anastomoses in the fused root of the second molar.更多还原
