【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare and study Materia Medica the in vitro release of sustained release acylovir hydrophilic matrix tablets. Method: Using hypromellose( HMPC) as the main gel additive the formulation was optimizedaccording to the result of in vitro release rate based on orthogonal design. Conclusion: Sustained release acyclovir hydrophilic matrix tablets was released gradually within 10 hours in good accordance with the Higuchi equation. The release rate was mainly affected by types and amount of HPMC,with minor effect from compression pressure.更多还原
