【摘要】 目的 :探讨胰腺假性囊肿的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法 :回顾分析 38例胰腺假性囊肿的临床资料。结果 :保守治疗 6例 ,外引流 5例 ,内引流 2 6例 ,囊肿切除 1例。无死亡 ,2年随访无复发。结论 :B超和CT扫描是主要的诊断方法 ,ERCP可了解胰管病变和囊肿关系。大多数患者需外科手术 ,囊肿空肠Roux Y吻合内引流术是主要的手术方式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnosis and effective treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts(PPC).Methods:The clinical data of 38 patients with PPC were retrospectively analysed.Results:Conservative therapy was used in 6 patients,external drainage in 5 and internal drainage in 26,cystectomy in one. All patients had resolution of their pseudocysts and no patient developed recurrence during 2 year follow up.Conclusion:B ultrasound and CT scan are main diagnostic methods and ERCP can demonstrate the pathological changes of pancreatic duct and its relation with the pseudocysts. Most patient needs surgical treatment,mainly Roux Y cystjejunostom.更多还原
