架空线路用复合绝缘子工频电弧特性研究

【摘要】 对架空线路用复合绝缘子工频电弧特性的研究表明复合绝缘子相对悬式瓷、玻璃绝缘子而言易遭受工频电弧损坏。其表现为伞裙和护套粉化、电蚀和漏电起痕及碳化严重 ;芯棒暴露和机械强度下降。故复合绝缘子金属附件设计时应能保护复合绝缘子免受电弧烧蚀

【Abstract】 The performance of power frequency arc of composite insulators on overhead lines is investigated in this paper. Compared with ceramic or glass insulators, the composite insulator is more easily broken by power frequency arc. Influenced by power frequency arc, the insulators show external housing and sheds chalking, serious erosion and tracking. The core is exposed and mechanical strength is decreased. To protect composite insulator and keep a.c. arc far away from insulator surface, the arc horn should be equipped at cap and pin of composite insulators.
