臭氧发生器运行参数的正交试验研究
Study on the Running Parameters of Ozone Generator by Orthogonal Experiment
【摘要】 用正交试验确定臭氧发生器气源的流量、温度和电源的电压、频率等最佳使用参数的结果表明 :气源流量 4 0 0L/h、气体温度 - 5℃、电源电压 11k V及频率 10 k Hz时单根电极放电试验可获得质量浓度为 2 4 .5 g/m3的臭氧时 ,生产速率 8.5 g/h,能量效率 10 8.7g/k Wh
【Abstract】 The author sets up an orthogonal experiment to find the optimization of using parameter of the electrode, such as the voltage and the frequency of the power, the flow of the stuff air and so on. The result is that to feed with the air in -5℃ with flow 400 l/h, powered by 10 kV and 10 kHz, the single electrode can produce ozone 8.5 g/h, 108.7 g/kWh in concentration of 24.5 g/m 3. Both the productivity and the power efficiency are improved greatly.
