电流互感器误差仿真的应用及其限制

【摘要】 通过电流互感器误差的数学模型改进了传统电流互感器励磁误差的仿真方法 ,提出了更实用更准确的负荷误差仿真方法。通过计算电流互感器在运行状态下的磁场分布及对误差的影响 ,表明在冷轧硅钢片互感器铁心不平衡磁密<0 .0 4 T、最大磁密 <1.8T及铁镍合金互感器铁心不平衡磁密 <0 .0 3T、最大磁密 <0 .8T时 ,仿真结果是可靠的。只要在小电流状态下测量电流互感器在不同电流负荷下的误差参数并进行计算 ,就能得到实际误差和测量的不确定度。该方法不需使用大电流装置 ,提高了工作效率

【Abstract】 Error characteristics simulation is widely used in designing current transformers. By measuring magnetizing error we can determine ratio error of a current transformer, but the accuracy is hardly controlled. The burden error measurement method performs better. When the iron core of a current transformer is not saturated, and the difference of magnetizing strength between every two parts of the core is not exceed 0 04T to silicon steel taped cores, the simulating measurement is facility to application. It makes us enable to calibrate large current transformers with low measuring current. The uncertainty can be keeped within a tenth of error tolerance of tested current transformers.
