高压大功率电晕电源的研制
The Control Schemes of High-Voltage Corona Generation andDesign of High Power Inverter for Corona Treatment
【摘要】 介绍了电晕处理技术原理和国内外几种电晕处理电源的控制方案。针对实际中的特殊用途 ,研制了一种频率跟踪锁相控制的高压串联谐振电晕处理电源 ,实现大功率输出 ,同时分析了系统结构和负载匹配问题。 12 k W的样机试验证明设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 The surface of plastic film has to be treated in order to permit ink to fix to the plastics surface.This paper introduces the principle of corona treatment and control schemes of high-voltage corona generations proposed in domestic or foreign papers.A high power inverter for corona treatment with PLL control for some special use is designed.System structure and load matching are analyzed.Experiments on 12 kW prototype show that the design is feasible
