【摘要】 目的　探讨下颌骨骨折后并发骨髓炎的原因以及治疗方法。方法　对 18例因下颌骨骨折所并发的骨髓炎采用以手术为主的综合治疗 ,观察其疗效。结果　术后切口一期愈合有 16例 ,2例术后感染致骨不愈合。 15例经 1～ 3年随访 ,口腔功能恢复良好 ,X线检查已骨性愈合。结论　下颌骨骨折并发骨髓炎 ,主要病因为伤情复杂 ,专科诊治延误等。以手术为主的综合治疗方法对创伤性骨髓炎可取得较好疗效 ,主要并发症有术后感染 ,骨不愈合等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes and therapeutic procedure of osteomyelitis happened after mandibular fracture. Methods 18 cases of osteomyelitis after mandibular fracture were treated mainly through operation and the treatment effects were observed. Results 16 cases of incision healed, 2 cases nonunion of bone resulting from infection post-operation, 15 cases compbete recovery of the function of oral cavity through 1 to 2 years follow-up and the X-ray showed the healing of the mandible fracture. Conclusion The main causes for the osteomyelitis of the mandibular fracture are the complicated wound conditions and the delayed treatment. The traumatic osteomyelitis must be treated through comprehensive therapy. The main complications are postoperative infection and nonunion of mandible.更多还原
