【摘要】 目的　研究牙龈炎患者口气的一般状况 ,观察不同治疗方法对牙龈炎患者口气的影响。方法　根据纳入标准选择四川大学华西校区口腔专业患牙龈炎的学生 80名 ,按不同的口臭程度分层 ,将学生分为 4组 :对照组、口泰组、洁牙组和舌清洁组 ,用口臭测定仪Halimeter在治疗前和治疗后 7天、1个月分别测定其口气值 ,并进行统计学分析。结果　①治疗后 7天 ,口泰组、洁牙组和舌清洁组的口气值都较治疗前有所下降 ,但只有洁牙组和舌清洁组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;②治疗 1个月后 ,除舌清洁组外 ,其它治疗组的口气值均有所回升 ,但洁牙组和舌清洁组的口气值与其它两组比较仍有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　进行正确的口腔卫生清洁可有效降低牙龈炎患者的口气值更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study is to investigate the changes of oral malodor in gingivitis patients by using different therapeutic methods. Methods 80 patients of gingivitis are chosen and randomly divided into four groups, including control group, mouthwash group, ultrasonic scaling group and tongue dorsal cleaning group. Before the experiment, all the data of halitosis are mensurated in the term of ppb of H 2S with Halimeter, then the patients in experimental groups are given different therapy respectively. In the 7th day and the 30th day after therapy, the data of experiment are mensurated by the same doctor again. Results ①In the 7th day after therapy, the ppb of H 2S in all experimental groups is descended, and it is very notable in ultrasonic scaling group and tongue dorsal cleaning group (P<0.05). ②In the 30th day after therapy, all patients’ ppb of H 2S is risen except for tongue dorsal cleaning group, but the halitosis in ultrasonic scaling and tongue dorsal cleaning groups is still different from that in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic scaling and tongue dorsal cleaning are both effective therapeutic methods to relieve the oral malodor of gingivitis patients.更多还原
