新型有机-无机杂化材料(C3H5N2)4·PMoⅤMo11ⅥO40·4DMF·2H2O的合成、结构及抗前列腺癌活性研究

【摘要】 制备了有机 -无机杂化材料 (C3H5N2 ) 4PMo Mo 1 1 O4 0 · 4DMF· 2 H2 O.用元素分析、红外光谱和 X射线衍射对其进行了表征 ,该晶体属三斜晶系 ,P1空间群 ,晶胞参数为 a=1 .2 42 3 (3 ) nm,b=1 .2 666(3 )nm,c=1 .3 3 41 (3 ) nm,V=1 .742 3 (6) nm3,α=70 .5 6(3 )°,β=71 .1 6(3 )°,γ=64.1 8(3 )°,Z=1 ,R1 =0 .0 5 85 ,w R2 =0 .1 885 .结构解析表明 ,十二钼磷酸阴离子和质子化的咪唑分子通过静电引力和氢键相互作用 .采用 MTT法 ,对其体外抗前列腺癌活性及毒性进行了研究
【Abstract】 A new compound, (C\-3H\-5N\-2)\-4(PMo\+ⅤMo\+Ⅵ\-\{11\}O\-\{40\})·4C\-3H\-7NO·2H\-2O, was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, ESR spectra and X\|ray diffraction. This is the first example of imidazole\|polyoxometalate species to our knowledge. It crystallized in a triclinic space group, \%P1\% with \%a\%=1.242 3(3) nm, \%b\%=1.266 6(3) nm, \%c\%=1.334 1(3) nm, \%V\%=1.742 3(6) nm\+3, \%α=70.56(3)°, β=71\^16(3)°, γ=64.18(3)°, Z=1, R=0.058 5, wR=0.188 5\%. X\|ray crystallographic study showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic attractions and hydrogen bonds between a dodecamolybdophosphoric anion and an imidazole. Anti\|prostate cancer(PC\|3m) activities of the title compound are also reported.
