【摘要】 目的　评价单纯性巨大肝囊肿穿刺置管分次无水酒精注射疗法的效果。方法　对 1989年 1月～ 1999年 12月收治的单纯性巨大囊肿 2 6例施行穿刺置管分次无水酒精注射病例进行总结和临床分析。单发囊肿 2 3例 ,多发囊肿 3例。囊肿直径 10～ 15 cm 17个 ,15～ 2 0 cm 8个 ,>2 0 cm 4个。在 B超引导下穿刺置管 2 3例 ,术中置管 3例。结果　 2 9个囊肿中 11个注射 4次 ,8个注射 5次 ,6个注射 6次 ,4个注射 7次 ,囊肿 3月内闭合者 6个 ,3～ 6月闭合者 12个 ,7～ 12月闭合者 7个 ,4例经随访 2 4～ 37月仍未闭合 ,其中 2个为导管脱落者 ,但此 4例囊肿均明显缩小。所有患者临床症状消失 ,无明显并发症。结论　单纯性巨大肝囊肿穿刺置管分次无水酒精注射治疗方法简单、疗效确切、安全性高。对年龄较大且伴发严重疾病者尤为适用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of injection with absolute alcohol on vast nonparasitic hepatic cyst by puncture needle and placed tube drainage time after time.Methods From 1989 to 1999,26 cases with vast nonparasitic hepatic cyst were studied and analysed after the treatment.23 patients suffered from solitary cyst,3 patients had multiple cysts.The diameter of cyst was 10～15 cm in 17 samples,8 cysts with 15-20 cm and 4 cysts more than 20 cm.Placed -tube drainage was performed on 23 patients guided by Bus.3 patients underwent peration.Results Among of the 29 cysts,11 cysts were injected 4 times,8 cysts for 5 times,6 cysts for 6 times and 4 cysts for 7 times respectively.6 cysts disappeared in 3 moths,12 cysts diappeared in 3-6 moths,7 cysts disappeared in 7-12 moths,4 cysts didn’t disappeared in 24-37 moths by follow up,including 2 cysts tube defluxion,but the size of 4 cysts decreased significantly.The clinic symptom disappeared in all patients without complication.Conclusion This therapy is simple,effective and safe,especially for old man accompanied by serious disease.更多还原
