【摘要】 本文通过回顾“九五”期间江西农业大学实施的以大厦教育工程、文化素质教育工程、最佳示范工程、校园基础文明建设工程和春晖工程为内容的“五项教育工程”的实践 ,全面阐述了5年来在学生教育和管理方面取得的成效和经验。,论述了在“以人为本”、“以学生为中心”的大环境下 ,转变教育思想、更新管理理念和增强国际意识的重要性。围绕“五项教育工程”如何适应新形势、新任务、新要求 ,本文提出了必须加强和充实的四个方面内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 By reviewing the practice of “five education engineering ”——the “skyscraper” education engineering,the cultural quality education engineering,the best demonstration engineering,the campus’s fundamental civilization building engineering,and the “spring sunlight” engineering implemented in Jiangxi Agricultural University during “ninth five-year”period(1997-2001),this article elucidates completely the effects and experiences achieved in the aspect of student’s education and administration. Then,it analyses today’s developing direction of higher education and describes that it is important to refresh education idea,renew administration awareness and enhance the international sense under the general environment of “human being is fundamental” and “the center around students”. Finally,around the “five education engineering” how to meet the needs of new situation,new tasks and new requirement,it formulates contents in four aspects that must be enhanced and enriched .更多还原
