【摘要】 本文从三个方面论证了当前我国教育要适度超前发展 :(1 )教育适度超前发展既是经济文化落后国家建设文明市场经济的共同规律 ,也是我国建设现代市场经济的必然选择 ;(2 )教育适度超前发展是由教育对经济和社会发展具有先导性、全局性、基础性的作用所决定的 ;(3 )教育适度超前发展适合当前我国国情 ,今天的教育的适度超前发展是为以后的经济和社会发展打基础。本文又从三个方面提出了确保教育适度超前发展实现的措施 :(1 )保证教育投入不断提高 ;(2 )优化教育结构 ,提高教育质量 ;(3 )加强师资队伍建设 ,提高教师的政治和业务素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, authors prove the issue of the appropriately exceeding development of education in three aspects: (1) It is not only a common law for underdeveloped countries to construct civilized market economy, but also an essential choice for China to construct contemporary market economy. (2) It is decided by the leading, global, fundamental action of education for socio-economic development. (3) It corresponds to the current situation of China. Then, authors point out three countermeasures to ensure the appropriately exceeding development of education as follow: (1) Ensure educational investment.
