【Abstract】 The excessive inventory is one of the bottle necks restricting the development of our enterprises. The issue of inventory involves all the aspects of the supply chain, all of which should be considered in the reduction of inventory. This paper studies the strategies and the methods systematically to reduce the excessive inventory in our enterprises from the following five aspects supply management, production management, marketing, decision making and the enterprise integration.更多还原
