【Abstract】 The theoretic base of choosing the appropriate indicator for measuring height and flatness of light window step for focus proximited type micro channel plate(MCP) image intensifiers is proposed in this paper.The error source of indicator in the course of verification is analyzed in detail.Combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated,accordingly the indicator for measuring is selected.更多还原
