聚-L-氯乙基谷氨酸酯的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of PoIy(L - γ - Chloroethyl glutamate)
【摘要】 以L-谷氨酸单体为原料,经γ-羰基和氯乙醇成酯反应,再与三光气反应制备L-氯乙醇基谷氨酸酯的N-羰酸酐,由三乙胺引发聚合得聚-L-氯乙基谷氨酸酯。最后通过IR、~1HNMR、元素分析对其进行表征。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we first synthesized theγ- chloroethyl glutamate (CLG) from chloroethanol and L-glutamic acid, then the compound reacted with triphosgene to obtain its N - carboxyanhydride (CLG - NCA) which was initiated by triethylamine to give Poly(L - γ- Chloroethyl glutamate), at last the structure of the compound was characterized by IR ,1HNMR and analysis of element.
