【Abstract】 In this paper, we first synthesized theγ- chloroethyl glutamate (CLG) from chloroethanol and L-glutamic acid, then the compound reacted with triphosgene to obtain its N - carboxyanhydride (CLG - NCA) which was initiated by triethylamine to give Poly(L - γ- Chloroethyl glutamate), at last the structure of the compound was characterized by IR ,1HNMR and analysis of element.更多还原
