调制式光纤甲烷气体传感器的研究
Study on the Modulation Type Optic Fiber CH4 Sensor
【摘要】 利用Fabry-Perot腔的选频特性,考虑与光纤的低损耗窗口相一致和价格等因素,以价廉的1300nm波段的LED作为光源,实现了PZT对Fabry-Perot腔的正弦调制;对甲烷气体浓度进行谐波检测,检测灵敏度可达10ppm。研究表明,该传感器灵敏度和稳定性大大提高。
【Abstract】 With the frequency-selecting property of Fabry-Perot cavity and taking account of consistent with low loss window of optic fiber and price etc factors, a sinusoidal modulation for Fabry-Perot cavity with PZT is carried out by using the cheap LED operating at 1300nm wavelength as light source. The CH4 concentration is detected with harmonic wave and the detection sensitivity can be as high as 10ppm. The study shows that both the sensitivity and stability of the sensor have been greatly improved.
