实时监测激光核聚变靶球涂敷状态的CCD成像系统设计
Design of a CCD Imaging System for Monitoring Status of Micro-Sphere in Laser Fusion Target at Real-Time
【摘要】 介绍一种CCD成像系统的设计,它可应用于连续监测直径0.1-0.3mm的激光核聚变靶球涂敷时的实时状态。这个系统利用现成照相物镜和变焦显微物镜二次成像,配以场镜压缩轴外光线,和CCD传感器相组合,设计斜向视场上的二维扫描机构构成了可在8.2mm×44mm全视场扫描检测的CCD扫描成像系统,无论是空间分辨力或时间分辨力都达到了实时监测的要求,大大提高了靶球膜层的涂敷效率。
【Abstract】 The design of a CCD imaging system is introduced. It can be applied to continuously moni- toring the real-time status of micro-sphere in laser fusion target with a diameter of 0.1-0.3mm. By using secondary imaging carried out by the ready objective and the zoom micro-objective, combined with field lens for compressing off-axis rays and CCD sensor, a CCD scanning and imaging system which can scan and detect the field of 8.2mm44mm is constructed with a 2-D scanning mechanism. No matter its spatial resolution or time resolution has attained the requirements for real-time monitor, and the coating efficiency for micro-sphere film is greatly improved.
