基于三维效应的弹塑性J积分计算
Calculation of three-dimension elastic-plastic based J-integral
【摘要】 探讨了用有限元法计算三维弹塑性J积分的方法,并就一些计算的关键问题和技巧作了分析.建立了实物压力容器筒体上表面裂纹的计算模型,实现了该模型的J积分计算.对比1/4点位移法表明,J积分值能较好地反映裂纹推动力,这对压力容器的安全性评估及预测具有较大的工程应用价值.
【Abstract】 The calculation method of 3D elastic\|plastic \%J\%\|integral by using finite element method was explored, meanwhile, some key questions and techniques were introduced. The calculation \{model\} of real cylindrical vessel was set up and its value of \%J\%\|integral was calculated. In contrast \{with\} the method of 1/4 displacement, the \%J\%\|integral can reflect the motive force of crack quite well. The research has good engineering application value to evaluate and foretell the safety of pressure vessels.
