【摘要】 本文首先从宏观和微观两个角度对美国的价格管理现状进行了考察 ,介绍了美国的反垄断、财政与货币政策、特殊时期的管制等一系列价格管理手段 ;也介绍了其对公共事业、农产品以及军工产品等的价格管理实践。在此基础上 ,根据中国实际提出了一些改进中国价格管理的建议 ,如 :尽快出台反垄断法 ;对公共产品价格依客观实际实行分类管理 ;向农民提供无追索贷款支持农产品价格。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, we explored the current situation of U.S.A. price control from macroscopic and microscopic angles. A series of macroscopic price-control methods are introduced, such as anti-monopoly policy, financial & monetary policy, and price regulation in special period; additionally price-control practices in many microscopic fields are introduced, such as pricing of public utilities, agricultural product and war products. Then, we put forward some advices for improving Chinese price control according to Chinese reality. For instance, Issue the anti-monopoly law as soon as possible; Implement categorised management to the public product prices in accordance with the objective reality; Offer peasants non-recourse mortgage loans to support the prices of agricultural products.更多还原
