【摘要】 保持适当的就业率应是社会经济健康发展的重要标志。政府应根据经济形势变化 ,适时调整宏观调控目标。目前 ,我国就业岗位已成为最稀缺资源 ,经济增长没有带来就业的同步增长 ,经济增长的原动力从生产转变为消费。为了保障经济社会健康发展 ,实现劳动者的就业权与全面发展 ,解决贫困问题 ,树立政府形象 ,必须把就业作为宏观调控的首要目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Keeping a proper ratio of employment is an important symbol of a healthy growth of the economic growth.The government should vary the goal for macroscopic adjustment and control with the economic situation.Nowadays employment posts have become the rarest resources due to the fact that the economic growth has failed to result in more employment simultaneously. The original motive force of the economic growth should be a turn from production to consumption.Therefore ,in order to ensure a healthy economic growth, materialize labourer’ employment right and development,solve the poverty problem, and establish a good image of the government,we shold put employment to the primary goal for governmental macroscopic adjustment and control.更多还原
