【摘要】 在现代社会中 ,环境侵权数量正在日趋增加。而在我国 ,环境侵权作为一种新型的侵权行为 ,其损害赔偿法律制度存在许多不完善之处。建议拓宽我国环境侵权损害赔偿范围 ,确立精神赔偿标准 ,并设立环境责任社会化制度 ,从而有效地防止环境侵权行为 ,维护受害人的合法权利更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantity of environmental tort is increasing in the modern society.New as it is in China,there exist a lot of defects in our compensation system of damage.In order to prevent environmental tort validly and protect people’s legitimate right,the authors suggest that China expand the extent of compensation of environmental tort and establish a standard of spiritual compensation as well as a socialized environmental liability system.更多还原
