兔食管对硅胶导管压迫缺血的耐受性实验
The experimental study of tolerance of silicage-duct compression on esophagus in rabbits
【摘要】 目的 探讨兔食管对硅胶导管压迫缺血的时限、局部病理变化 ,为进一步临床应用提供实验基础。方法 随机选用 2 .5kg左右的 1 6只新西兰大白兔 ,分为两组 ,经颈段食管置入外径 5 .5mm、长 1 0mm硅胶导管 ,颈段食管外置 ,经腹行胃蘑菇管造瘘 ,术后经蘑菇管给予流质、半流质 ,饲养 1 ,2周后分别处死 ,进行受压食管大体解剖观察及组织病理切片检查。结果 受压食管壁变薄 ,黏膜角化层形成 ,肌细胞萎缩 ,少量炎性细胞浸润。死亡 1只 ,无一例食管胸膜瘘发生。结论 兔食管对硅胶导管有一定的耐受安全性 ,使用低张力气囊导管效果可能会更好 ,有望在临床上进一步使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the tolerance of silicage-duct compression on esophagus in rabbits. Methods 16 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. A 5.5 mm-diameter, 10 mm-length silicage-duct was inserted into esophagus throught cervicoesopagus and gatsrostomy was performed. The rabbits were bred with liquid or semi-liquid feeds and were killed 1 and 2 weeks after surgery respectively. The compressed esophagus was excised and pathological changes were evaluated. Results The thickness of the compressed esophagus decreased, with mucosa keratization, atrophy of muscle cell and light infiltration of inflammatory cells. There was no death or esophageal pleural fistula. Conclusion The esophagus can tolerate the compression of silicage-duct to some extent in rabbits. Ballon catheter is superior to silicage-duct for esophagus and can be more suitable for esophageal surgery.
