碳含量和控冷工艺对盘条ER70S-6性能及组织的影响
EFFECT OF CARBON AND CONTROL COOLING PROCESS ON ER70S-6 WIRE ROD PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURE
【摘要】 对 3炉不同碳含量的焊接用钢盘条 ER70 S- 6控冷工艺进行了研究 ,发现提高吐丝温度虽可以降低盘条的强度 ,但盘条中易出现混晶组织 ,碳含量小于 0 .0 8%可以使盘条的强度控制在较低水平。盘条拉拔试验结果表明 ,马氏体组织是引起脆断的重要原因 ,对盘条化学成分和冷却速度的控制是生产具有优良加工性能焊接用钢盘条的必要措施
【Abstract】 The control cooling process of ER70S 6 wire rod with different carbon content was studied. The result shows the high finish rolling temperature can lower the tensile strength of wire rod but induce heterogeneous microstructure, the strength of wire rod with a carbon content below 0.08 % is relative low. The analysis of drawing test shows that brittle fracture is caused by martensite formation in the wire, so the most important factor to manufacture quality wire rod is to control the carbon content, and cooling rate after rolling.
