蚕丝丝素表面结构与活性染料染色(一)

【摘要】 对蚕丝织物进行高温、日晒、蛋白酶处理,测定处理前后活性染料的上染率、固着率、总固着效率及染色物的表面颜色深度。结果表明:蚕丝纤维经高温、日晒或蛋白酶处理后,活性染料染色性能有所下降,主要原因在于酪氨酸含量的减少和丝蛋白微细结构的变化而致。

【Abstract】 Silk fabrics were treated with high temperature, simulated sunlight and enzyme respectively. The exhaustion, fixation and total fixation efficiency of the reactive dyes on the pre - and post - treated silk fabrics were determined. The color depth of the dyed silk fabrics was determined as well. The microstructure of the treated silk fibroin and the tyrosine content on the treated silk surface have been studied using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy coupled with second derivative spectral analysis(FTIR - ATR). The influence of high temperature, simulated sunlight and enzyme treatments on the content of the amino acids with nucleophilic groups on silk fibroin has been investigated using amino acid analysis. The results indicate that both the dyeing performance of the reactive dyes on the treated silk and the color depth of the dyed silk fabrics deteriorated after treatments, and that the decrease in the tyrosine content and the changes in the microstructure of the treated silk fibroin caused the deterioration in the dyeing performance of the reactive dyes on the treated silk fabrics.
