【Abstract】 The factors affecting the main mechanical properties of differential tussah/mulberry elastic silk are investigated by orthogonal experiment. It indicates that solution concentration constitutes major factor to have influence on strength, elastic elongation and elastic recovery, while temperature exerts a great deal of effect upon bulkiness.
