【Abstract】 Abstract:The major component of star aniseed oil is Anethole(about 80%-90%). The color of the refined oil is without color to light yellow. In normal condition, it is liquid, but it be-comes white crystal at a low temperature, the mp is 22. 5℃-23℃. It can be soluted in alcohol, merely can’t be soluted in water.
