【Abstract】 As changes have occurred in the world financial situations, The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is facing challenges. Discussion on the mechanism reform of the IMF has drawn wide attentions. Upon a discussion on the major characteristics of the IMF organizational mechanism and on the major points to be reformed, this paper proposes the principles of the reform, the reform in decision-making mechanism, the improvement in the responsibility system as well as transparency in the IMF operation.更多还原
