【摘要】 采用毛细管区带电泳法对肠毒素大肠杆菌的 3种亚型 (E .coliK99、987P和K88) ,进行以细菌细胞为单位的快速表征 ,探讨了不同表面特征的细菌细胞在电泳图上的差异 .结果表明 ,在相同电泳条件下 (0 0 2 5mol/LNa2 CO3 -NaHCO3 (pH9.9)缓冲液 ,检测电压 14 .1kV ,检测波长 2 10nm) ,E .coliK99、987P和K99的细胞分别具有单一、稳定 (RSD≤ 0 9% )的特征谱峰 ;细菌细胞经去菌毛鞭毛处理及甲醛灭活处理 ,电泳行为差异显著 ,且不同处理方法之间的变化具有一致性 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid characterization of enterotoxigenicE.coli K99, K88 and 987P with intact cells using capillary zone electrophoresis was described in this paper. And we discussed the different electrophoretograms of E.coli K99, 987P and K88 owing to the different surface features. The results of the experiment have shown thatE.coli K99, 987P and K88 with intact cells have a characteristic peak and a reproducible retention time (RSD≤0 9 %) respectively. After careful chemistry-treatments, the different migration times are investigated owing to the different surface properties, and the changes of migration times with different treatments are conforming.更多还原
