【Abstract】 The method of ammonium sulfate salting-out to preliminarily isolate thrombin-like enzymes from Agkistrodon acutus venom was applied and the separation effect was discussed in this paper. The optimum treatment to salting-out non-thrombin-like-enzyme components in 2.0% crude venom was determined as 45% ammonium sulfate at pH?5.0. The supernatant is preliminary isolated thrombin-like enzymes. The specific activity of the isolated thrombin-like enzymes is three times as high as rude Agkistrodon acutus venom, and percent recovery of protein is 54.6%.更多还原
