钛基二氧化铅电催化电极的制备及电催化性能研究

【摘要】 以电沉积法制备了钛基 Pb O2 电极 ,优化并确定了电极的制备工艺 .以苯酚为目标有机物 ,考察了电极的电催化氧化性能 .研究结果表明 ,该电极的电催化性能优于传统的 DSA钛基 Ru O2 电极 .采用该电极 ,在 10 m A /cm2电流密度下通过 0 .72 Ah电量后 ,可使 10 0 m L、COD浓度为 2 70 mg/ L 的苯酚溶液中的苯酚完全分解 ,COD去除率为 6 7.4% ,单位电量 COD降解量为 0 .2 5 4mg COD/ Ah,且电流效率随电流密度的增加而减小 .初步研究了苯酚的电催化氧化机理 ,提出了苯酚的电催化氧化可能是由苯酚的直接电化学氧化为苯醌及苯醌的间接电化学氧化为有机酸两部分组成

【Abstract】 Lead dioxide electrode on Ti substrates was produced by electro-deposition in acid solution. Taking phenol as model substrate, the electro-catalytic characteristics of prepared anodes were investigated. Results showed that the phenol degradation was more efficiently carried out on PbO-2 anode than that on traditional DSA electrode of RuO-2 on Ti base metal. Phenol with a concentration of 270 mg/L and a volume of 100 mL was disappeared after charging electrical power of 0.96 Ah under a current density of 10 mA/cm+2. And it is also found that the current efficiency was decreased as current density increasing. At present study, a pathway of phenol degradation was proposed, which should be composed of benzoquinone formation by direct oxidation and benzoqiunone degradation to oxylic acids by indirect oxydaton.
