含有不同配体的钴配合物/ EAO催化乙烯齐聚(英文)
Ethylene Oligomerization Catalyzed by Co(Ⅱ) Complexes/EAO
【摘要】 考察了 (bipy) Co Cl2 、 (C6 H5N=C- C6 H4 - o- O) 2 Co和 (acac) 2 Co3种配合物与 EAO组成的二元催化体系 A、B和 C,在不同的反应温度、铝钴比以及不同反应时间对乙烯齐聚催化活性和选择性的影响 .结果表明 ,3种催化体系都对催化乙烯齐聚反应有活性 .在相同的反应条件下 ,3种催化体系对乙烯齐聚的催化活性顺序为 :A>B>C.在反应温度为 180℃时 ,催化体系 (bipy) Co Cl2 / EAO的活性为 2 4 4 1g/ (g Co· h) ,产物中低碳烯烃的选择性为 95 .9% .
【Abstract】 Ethylene oligomerization catalyzed by three binary systems of (bipy)CoCl\-2(A), (C\-6H\-5N=CC\-6G\-4\| o \|O)\-2Co(B), (acac)\-2Co(C) with EAO are studied. The effects of reaction temperature, Al/Co ratio and reaction time on catalytic activity and selectivity are investigated. The results show that three binary systems A, B, C are all active for ethylene oligomerization and in order A>B>C. The catalytic activity of (bipy)CoCl\-2/EAO(A) is \{2 411\} g/(g Co·h) and selectivity of C\+=\-\{4~10\} is 95.9% at 180 ℃.
