腺嘌呤制作肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠模型的电镜病理学研究

【摘要】 用腺嘌呤制作肾阳虚型慢性肾功能衰竭 SD大鼠模型 ,电子显微镜观察发现其肾脏病理改变为炎性反应连续性破坏病变 ,其病理改变稳定 ,与临床症状、生化指标改变相一致

【Abstract】 The kidney YANG deficiency syndrome of chronic renal failure in SD rats was modeled by adenine.The results showed that the pathological changes of kidney were continuous and destructive inflammatory response,were stable and accorded with the changes of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes.\;
