用亚硫酸氢钠提高不饱和有机烯酸的产率
The Use of Sodium Hydrogen Sulfate to Improve the Field of Unsaturated Organise Acid
【摘要】 对合成山梨酸,肉桂酸,2—呋喃丙烯酸的方法进行了改进:在卤仿反应发生后,酸化前用亚硫酸氢钠去除去过量的次氯酸钠,产物的产率比直接酸化分别提高了21.3%,19.74%,27%,重结晶后纯度达99.05%,99.3%,99.1%。经红外,质谱,碳氢数据分析均符合要求。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of sorbic acid,cinnamic acid,furanacrylic acid are improved by the following methed,After the haloforn reaction and before furancrylic sodium is acidified,the excess of hypochlorite have been removed with sodium hydrogen sulfate.The yield races of product are improved to 21.3%、19. 74%、27% according to acidifying directly.After recrystallization the purity of product are 99.05%、99. 3%、99.1%、The product ate checked by IR spectrum,Ms spectrum and elementary analysis.
