微波辐射合成脲醛树脂
Synthesis of Urea—Formaldehyde(UF)Resins by Microwave Heating
【摘要】 用微波加热合成脲醛树脂,获得最佳反应条件为;尿素与甲醛物质的量比为1:1.9;反应时间:600~660s;PH 值控制在7~8;反应基本完成。
【Abstract】 A new synthetic method of UF resins by microwave heating is described and the optimum conditions for the reaction are obtained:the molar ratio of urea and formalehyde is 1:1.9;the reaction is carried out for 600—660s;the power of microwave heating is 200w;the PH is controlled in7~8;the reaction is basically completed.
