光纤化学传感器Win98平台实时测量系统的研制

【摘要】 报道了光纤化学传感器Win98平台实时测量系统的研制及应用。选用暗电流最大为0.1nA的GDB-53A光电倍增管做为光电转换装置,PC-6319D光电隔离卡做为模数转换装置。用VB6.0做为编程工具,设计了人机界面良好的Win98软件测量控制系统,实现了光纤化学传感器的智能化和自动化分析。将本测量系统用于工业废水中六价铬的测定,测量结果与离子色谱法测量结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),测量范围为0.2~120μg/mL,检测限为0.2μg/mL。

【Abstract】 The design and applications of a fiber-optic chemical sensor measurement system is reported . The GDB-53A photomultiplier tubewith maximum dark current of 0.1 nA is used as photoelectric converter and the PC-6319D photoelectric isolation card used as A/Dconverler. Written by Visual Basic 6.0, a Win98 software with friendly man-computer interface was designed, thus the intelligent andautomatic analysis was realized. The instrument has been used for the measurement of Cr(Vl) in industrial waste water. The analyticalresults indicate there is no distinct difference with those obtained by ion chromatography (P>0.05). The measurement range for Cr(V1)is 0.2-120μg/mL, with the detection limit of 0.2μg/mL.
